The mezcal produced has a designation of origin issued by the Mexican Council Regulator for Quality Mezcal (Consejo Mexicano Regulador de la Calidad del Mezcal), as it is produced using traditional methods, thus conserving the history of Mexico. Xurë means "has heart"in Maya and is associated with the agave hearts and with our love for Mexico.

 

Our mission is to promote and difuse the mexican values and traditions through its mezcal. 

 

Our vision is to establish a link between the product and the customer to integrate him to all the process, ensure the quality and standards that identify the Mezcal as an authentic beverage.
