Cocktails with mezcal Joven Xurë
Summer Cocktail
Ingredients:
80 ml. of mezcal blanco Xurë
3 tbs. of coffee liqueur
2 tbs. of sugar syrup
1 tbs. of coffee powder
1 tbs. of brown sugar
Preparation:
Mix the mezcal, the coffee liqueur, the sugar syrup, the coffee powder and the sugar for 30 seconds in the blender.
Cool with ice.
Serve and decorate.
